Deliveries
Remembrance Stationery delivers to most populated areas of Australia. If you request delivery to remote areas which are not normally delivered by us, you will be advised of any additional charges as soon as possible upon receipt of your order.
Orders are delivered:
10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday
10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Saturdays
We will process orders received on Sundays or Public Holidays the next working day.
Same day delivery is normally possible on all orders received no later than 10 AM (AEST) Monday to Saturdays. We will try to achieve same day delivery on orders received after this time but are not able to guarantee this. In such an event orders will be delivered the following working day.
For AM delivery, orders must be received the day prior to delivery. We cannot guarantee AM deliveries but will do our best if AM delivery is requested in the special instructions box.
If in the case we encounter problems with delivering your order we shall contact you as soon as practicable either by phone (if in Australia) or by email. Please ensure that you give us full contact details when placing your order so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
If you have given us the wrong delivery address we may have to charge another fee to deliver again. If the recipient is not there when we deliver order, unless you have advised us otherwise, cards will be returned to shop from where they can be collected. We may have to charge another delivery fee if you require a second delivery.
Cancellations
To amend or cancel your order, please contact us. Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date. If sufficient notice is given we will credit your account fully minus a $10 administration fee. No refund given after the cards have been dispatched.

Security
Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the consumer and the merchant during an online transaction. In reality an online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone or by fax. Your information is encrypted using a complex mathematical algorithm before being sent over the internet.
All sensitive material is transmitted by secure socket link (SSL) with 128 bit encryption. SSL is the industry standard for the transmission of credit card details or other sensitive information over the internet. This procedure can take a few moments and that is why we ask you to be patient and not press "enter" again while the transaction is taking place.
It is almost impossible for an unauthorized party to seize the encrypted data. You will know that your details are being safeguarded by looking for the padlock or unbroken key that will appear at the bottom of your browser whenever you are providing us with personal information.
Privacy
We will never share your confidential personal information with anyone. For all our transactions, we employ reasonable and current Internet security methods and technologies. While we strive to protect your personal information, no system can be guaranteed.
We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that you transmit to us. Once we receive your information, we use our best efforts to ensure its security on our systems.
All your details are kept strictly confidential. By placing an order, you declare that you are the person named on the credit card or have given permission to use it.
